Nokia TA-1212 feature phone has received TENAA certification
Affected by the pneumonia epidemic caused by the new coronavirus, HMD Global has decided to cancel this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC 2020) event, and the new product release has to be postponed. However, recently, the Telecom Equipment Certification Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has preemptively exposed a new Nokia feature phone code-named TA-1212.

Although the image of the real phone has not yet been released, it is known that the size of this feature phone is 123.8 × 52.4 × 13.1 mm and weighs 88 grams. It has a 2.4-inch QVGA Display (with a resolution of 240 × 320 pixels) and a battery capacity of 1200 mAh.
The TA-1212 has only 8MB of RAM, compared to the Nokia 220 with 16MB of RAM and a 300,000-pixel camera. It is not clear whether HMD Global plans to release this new machine during MWC or later.
According to the original plan, the company was expected to release Nokia 8.2 5G / Nokia 5.1 / Nokia 1.3 smartphones and Nokia 400 4G feature phones during MWC 2020.
It is said that the new Nokia 5G is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G platform, equipped with a 6.2-inch display that supports HDR10+, 32MP front camera + rear quad camera (the main camera is 64MP). Unconfirmed sources say the entry-level configuration will be priced at 459 euros (about 3474 RMB).
It is also rumored that the Nokia 5.2 is based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC, supplemented by 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM, and has a front 8MP camera. It is expected to sell for 169 euros (about 1279 RMB).
